If you’ve got the ProLiant ML10 Server with an iLO3, there wouldn’t seem to be an upgrade path to a v2 (that has the iLO4) without a complete system swap, at least as far as I can tell… If you’ve got the ProLiant ML10 v2, the specs say it has an iLO4: If you’ve got just the ProLiant ML10, then it has an iLO3 according to the specs.
